预约后填写完整病历Full intake after booking

确认预约后再提交详细病史、用药情况，以及必要的舌象或检查报告。急症与红旗症状会优先建议线下就医。 After booking, submit relevant history, medications, tongue photos, or test reports. Emergencies and red flags are directed to in-person care.

视频看诊与下一步Video consultation & next step

注册中医师通过视频完成评估，并按实际情况提供调理建议、随访安排、用药形式说明或必要的线下检查提醒。 A registered practitioner completes the video assessment and provides appropriate guidance, follow-up, medication-format information, or in-person testing advice.

患者常见问题Common Questions

第一次线上问诊会直接开药吗？Will I get prescribed herbs on the first consult?
不一定。医师会根据症状、既往病史、现用药物及线上评估的局限决定下一步。若情况复杂或需排除较严重风险，会建议先完成必要检查或线下面诊，再决定是否适合开方。 Not necessarily. The practitioner will consider symptoms, medical history, current medicines, and the limits of online assessment. Complex cases or warning signs may require tests or an in-person review before any prescription is considered.
我一定要做检查吗？去哪里做？Must I take tests? Where do I go?
不是每个人都需要。是否检查取决于您的症状、病程和潜在风险。您可以拿着我们开具的「辅助检查建议函」，自行前往您家附近的合格化验所（Lab）或诊所进行检查，非常方便。 Not everyone needs them. It depends on your symptoms and risks. You can take our "Test Recommendation Letter" to any qualified lab or clinic near your home. It's very convenient.
如果检查发现严重问题怎么办？What if the tests find severe issues?
如果报告提示需要西医手术或急救，我们会建议您立即配合医院处理。中医会在急性期过后、稳定期或恢复阶段介入，帮助您更好地恢复体质。两套医学系统是互补的，生命安全永远排在第一位。 If reports indicate a need for Western surgery or emergency care, we will advise hospital treatment immediately. TCM will step in during the recovery phase to rebuild your constitution. Safety is always priority one.
正式的中医方案包括什么？What is included in the official TCM plan?
不仅是喝中药。方案涵盖：专属中药处方、食疗与忌口建议、作息调整指南、穴位按揉指导，并通过 WhatsApp 持续追踪您的恢复进度。气功指导为独立服务，需另行预约。 More than just herbs. It includes custom herbal prescriptions, dietary guidance, lifestyle adjustments, acupressure guidance, and continuous follow-up via WhatsApp. Qigong guidance is a separate service and requires a separate booking.
