古人明训，煎药首重“水火之器”。砂锅性温润，不夺药味，不与药性相犯。然而现代生活中，传统砂锅难以精准掌控水量与火候。 Ancient wisdom states that vessels for water and fire are paramount. Clay pots are gentle and do not conflict with medicinal properties. However, modern life makes it hard to control water and heat precisely with traditional clay.
工业劣质材料风险Industrial Material Risks
市面部分低价药壶使用玻璃钢（FRP）甚至劣质金属，加热会释放有害物质（如苯乙烯等）或与中草药中的鞣酸发生络合反应，不仅破坏药效，反而产生毒性。 Some cheap decoctors use FRP or poor metals. Heating them releases toxins or causes complexation with tannins, destroying efficacy and causing harm.
传统砂锅的盲区Blind Spots of Clay Pots
纯砂锅虽好，但无法直观查看水量。患者往往需开盖检查，导致药气挥散；或因水量掌握不佳，水少则煎干糊底，水多则药液稀释无功。 Pure clay is good but opaque. Patients open the lid to check water, losing medicinal vapors, or misjudge water leading to burnt herbs or diluted medicine.
