肺痈Lung Abscess
涵盖西医学的支气管扩张合并感染与肺脓肿。

肺痨Pulmonary TB
表现为咯血、盗汗、消瘦，对应西医学的肺结核病后调理。
Corresponding to pulmonary tuberculosis, featuring hemoptysis and night sweats.
肺胀Lung Distension
多指 COPD、慢性肺源性心脏病引发的胸部膨满与喘促。
Refers to COPD and Cor pulmonale characterized by chest fullness.
肺痿Lung Flaccidity
对应间质性肺病、肺纤维化等不可逆的肺虚萎缩损伤。

吐酸与嘈杂Acid Reflux & Dyspepsia
胃酸上泛或胃中空虚似痛非痛的症候，常见于胃酸倒流。

心下痞塞胀满，对应慢性胃炎、功能性消化不良及胃胀。

噎膈Dysphagia
吞咽困难，对应食管炎、贲门失弛缓症等食管病变。

反胃Regurgitation
饮食入胃良久复出，常见于严重消化不良与胃排空障碍。

腹痛Abdominal Pain
涵盖肠易激综合征(IBS)、肠胃痉挛等引发的脐腹疼痛。

泄泻Diarrhea
大便稀溏或水样，对应急慢性肠炎及吸收不良综合征。

痢疾Dysentery
表现为腹痛里急后重，涵盖溃疡性结肠炎与细菌性痢疾。

便秘Constipation

两胁疼痛，多见于急慢性肝炎、胆囊炎及肋间神经痛。

黄疸Jaundice
目黄身黄，对应肝细胞性、阻塞性黄疸及肝病恢复期。

积证Fixed Abdominal Masses
腹内固定不移之结块，多属肝脾肿大或肿瘤之范畴。

聚证Mobile Abdominal Masses
聚散无常的腹部包块，多见于胃肠功能紊乱或肠梗阻。

鼓胀Ascites
腹部胀大如鼓，对应肝硬化腹水及结核性腹膜炎等。
Abdominal swelling tightly linked to liver cirrhosis and fluid retention.
瘿病Goiter / Thyroid Issues
颈前肿块，涵盖单纯甲状腺肿、甲亢及甲状腺结节调理。

疟疾Malaria
寒战高热交替，涵盖现代医学疟疾及类疟感染病后恢复。

小便不通伴随呕吐，多见于急慢性肾衰竭终末期危重证候。

阳痿Impotence

遗精Spermatorrhea
无性刺激下频繁泄精，多与神经衰弱及前列腺炎有关。

经行乳房胀痛、头痛、眩晕、浮肿、泄泻及情志异常等。

绝经前后诸证Menopausal Syndrome
更年期潮热盗汗、心悸失眠及情绪烦躁，强调肾精气血的平稳过渡。

带下过多Excessive Leukorrhea
白带量明显增多，色、质、气味异常，涵盖各类阴道炎与盆腔炎。
