中医调理不应该只是“开一张处方”。真正有价值的调理，来自完整问诊、体质判断、合理处方、用药反馈和复诊调整。我们不鼓励未问诊直接购买中药，也不使用夸大的疗效承诺。每个方案都会在确认费用后，才安排配药、代煎和配送。我们希望让中医服务更少神秘感，也更容易被现代患者理解。 TCM shouldn't just be "writing a prescription". Real value comes from complete assessment, constitution analysis, reasonable formulation, medication feedback, and follow-up adjustments. We do not encourage blind herbal purchases without consultation, nor do we make exaggerated claims. Every plan is dispensed, decocted, and delivered only after the fees are clearly confirmed. We want to demystify TCM and make it accessible for modern patients.

患者可选择饮片自煎，也可选择合作药房代煎。饮片可通过普通快递寄送，代煎药液建议使用同城 Lalamove 配送。 Choose between raw herbs for self-brewing or liquid decoctions. Raw herbs are shipped via courier; decoctions are sent via Lalamove.
持续跟进 (Follow-up Care)Follow-up Care
用药后可通过 WhatsApp 反馈情况。若症状变化明显，可安排复诊并由医师及时调整处方。 Feedback via WhatsApp after taking the herbs. If symptoms shift, follow-up consultations are arranged to adjust the prescription.
