We combine traditional syndrome differentiation with clear online intake, transparent pricing, herbal delivery, and continuous follow-up. We ensure patients know exactly what they are choosing, how costs are calculated, and how their care will be managed before starting any care plan.
中医调理不应该只是“开一张处方”。真正有价值的调理，来自完整问诊、体质判断、合理处方、用药反馈和复诊调整。我们不鼓励未问诊直接购买中药，也不使用夸大的疗效承诺。每个方案都会在确认费用后，才安排配药、代煎和配送。我们希望让中医服务更少神秘感，也更容易被现代患者理解。 TCM shouldn't just be "writing a prescription". Real value comes from complete assessment, constitution analysis, reasonable formulation, medication feedback, and follow-up adjustments. We do not encourage blind herbal purchases without consultation, nor do we make exaggerated claims. Every plan is dispensed, decocted, and delivered only after the fees are clearly confirmed. We want to demystify TCM and make it accessible for modern patients.

以专业资料与判断为依据，把真正适合患者的选择讲清楚。需要把脉、触诊、检查、面诊或紧急处理时，我们会明确说明并建议下一步。 We base recommendations on professional information and judgement, then explain the option that is genuinely appropriate. When pulse taking, palpation, tests, an in-person assessment or urgent care are needed, we say so clearly and recommend the next step.

先关注患者是否真正获得帮助，再看问诊数量与营业数字。我们持续听取反馈并负责任地调整，但不承诺特定疗效。 We first ask whether care is genuinely helping, not how many consultations were completed. We listen to feedback and adjust responsibly without promising a specific outcome.

郭铭证毕业于广州中医药大学中医学专业，曾在广州医科大学附属中医医院完成 14 个月临床实习，并持续从事中医临床服务。他的研究关注推拿手法量效关系的实验研究，同时负责平台的服务流程与内容建设。 Kek Ming Zheng graduated in Chinese Medicine from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, completed a 14-month clinical internship at the Affiliated TCM Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University, and continues to provide TCM clinical services. His research focuses on experimental work on the dose-response relationship of Tuina manipulations, while he leads the platform's service workflow and content development.

用药后可通过 WhatsApp 反馈情况。若症状变化明显，可安排复诊并由医师及时调整处方。 Feedback via WhatsApp after taking the herbs. If symptoms shift, follow-up consultations are arranged to adjust the prescription.
